The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the
purchase order. The customer is held to check the state of packing of goods
at delivery and to announce any damage to the conveyor on the delivery order
and to Le Clédar.
On request, the customer can obtain the sending of an invoice to the
billing address and not to the delivery address, by validating the option
on the purchase order.
Regarding delivery, we are working primarily with Swiss Post company.
Swiss Post company
To reduce transport charges, all products of little and middle size are
delivered by Swiss Post company. Cheap, this service delivers in 24/48H
everywhere in Switzerland and in a few days to the international.
We decline any responsibility for delivery delays because of the conveyor,
particulary in the event of loss of products or strike.
Problems of delivery because of the conveyor
Any problem concerning the delivery (damages, product missing compared
to the delivery order, damaged parcel, broken products…) will have to be
imperatively indicated to Clédar at reception. In the event of
damage the customer will have to address to the conveyor in parallel.
Errors of delivery
The customer will have to communicate immediately to Le Clédar any
complaint of error of delivery and/or nonconformity of the products in kind
or in quality compared to the indications printed on the purchase order. The
sending of this complaint to Le Clédar could be made by connecting on
our website and refering to the order number.
Any complaint not carried out with the rules defined above could not be
taken into account and will release Le Clédar of any responsibility
with respect to the customer. After reception of the complaint, Le Clédar
will communicate by e-mail with the customer.
In the event of delivery error or exchange, all products to exchange will
have to return to Le Clédar as a whole and in its original packing
in Priority Mail to the following address:
